Most non-instrument orders ship quickly, with in-store pickup and quoted options for larger, Canadian, and international orders.
Order timing
Most merchandise orders, excluding instruments, ship in 1-2 business days when the items are in stock.
U.S. ground delivery commonly takes 2-7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery depends on carrier service, destination, weather, and holidays.
Pickup
In-store pickup is available at Forrests Music in Berkeley with no shipping charge.
Bring photo ID when picking up an order.
Canada and international orders
For Canada and other international destinations, Forrests confirms shipping costs and options by email before the order is finalized.
Taxes, duties, brokerage, or destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility.
Large or special shipments
Instrument, oversized, high-value, and unusually heavy orders may need a custom shipping quote before they can ship.
