Albion Silver Label Contra Bassoon Reed

A professional contra reed with fairly heavy cane thickness for stability of pitch and sound, but it plays with a comfortable, medium strength feel. Big, dark sound and wide dynamic range are characteristic of this reed. This reed is made using a parallel scrape and is sealed with cyanoacrylate glue (superglue). It requires no further sealing or wrapping. Tips and instructions for adjustment of this reed are included.
