Originally written as a piano duet and later orchestrated as a ballet suite in 1911, Mother Goose Suite contains some of his most charming music. This arrangement for oboe, flute and piano is a perfect concert piece with its elegant miniatures and sparkling middle movement. The oboe and flute parts are true to the orchestral score, making it a useful adjunct to study of the excerpts for audition preparation.
